<p>PURPOSE:To make an abrasive solution feedable in connecting a hose from a tank, by making up the contact between a rotary part and a stationary part into spherical contact between a concave part and a spherical body, while supporting a fluid with a bellows being free of expansion and scrubbing movements, and making airtightness keepable. CONSTITUTION:An external thread part 33 at an upper end of a rotary shaft 32 is connectedly screwed in a lower end of a polisher spindle, making a needle valve 50 full-open with an adjust screw 51, and an internal thread 44 is connected to a hose joint of a feed source oil pump for an abrasive solution, then a joint of a side passage water hole is connected to a tank for an abrasive solution feed source with a hose, and if the oil pump is operated under this condition, a part of the solution entered in a main water hole 42 flows into a bellows chamber 40 via a branch water hole 45 and goes up to the polisher spindle passing through a rotary contact maker 37 and water holes 34 and 31 of the rotary shaft 32 via a water hole 41 of an upper end spherical body 42. The other part is made to flow back to the tank from a small hole 46 as a superfluous solution via the side passage water hole 47.</p> |
