发明名称 ON-LINE COATED FILM THICKNESS MEASUREMENT OF COATED METAL BAND WITH RUGGED PATTERN
摘要 PURPOSE:To attempt a high-precision on-line measurement, by predetermining a temperature at which a surface roughness becomes minimum or surface gloss maximum of a coated surface of molten mixed powder point and measuring a thickness of the coated film. CONSTITUTION:On an occasion where paint mixture of the specified mixing ratio of two kinds of powder paint of different grain diameters and densities is applied and backed on a metallic surface and a rugged pattern is shaped continuously over the surface of metallic band, the characteristic temperature at which a surface roughness becomes minimum or surface gloss maximum of molten and floating mixed powder point used is predetermined. And, temperature of the metallic band is measured in a condition when it is heated and molten in the 1st furnace 2 and upon reaching the characteristic temperature of the paint, the film thickness is measured and it is reheated in the 2nd furnace 3. As when the surface roughness becomes minimum or surface gloss maximum of the coated surface, the measuring accuracy attains the highest value, the on-line film thickness measurement becomes available.
