PURPOSE:To enable reliable decision of life consumption of a turbine body, by a method wherein, when the output of a generator exceeds a specified value, a turbine is considered to be started, a turbine temperature is classified by a state to display the number of starting times of a turbine. CONSTITUTION:A generator output 8 is fed to comparators 9 and 10, the comparator 10 is turned ON when the generator output 8 exceeds alpha%, and FF11 is set. This causes a one shot timer 12 to output the one shot of a turbine starting signal 16 to theoretical products 13-15. A metal temperature 1 in a turbine is inputted to comparators 2 and 3, and when the temperature exceeds A deg.C and is below B deg.C, an output is generated, and when it is A deg.C or more or B deg.C or less, an output is generated from a theoretical product 4, and according to the respective outputs, FF5-7 are set. The theoretical products 13-15 are selectively brought into an ON state by means of FF5-7 and the turbine starting signal 16, and the number of starting times of the turbine from counters 20-22 is classified into 3 temperature conditions for display. |
