PURPOSE:To attain to simplify a manufacturing process and to enhance reliability, by mounting a plurality of valves and directing the recessed part surface of each valve having a cup shaped structure to an ink jet direction while constituting the peripheral edge part of each valve a from flexible material to contact the same with the inner wall of a pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:In such a state that a piezoelectric element 2 is contracted, a pressure chamber 14 is pressurized and the wall surface of the piezoelectric element 2 is contacted with the peripheral edge part of each valve in the rear end side of a parallel valve 3 to form a valve closed state and the peripheral edge of each valve in the leading end side comes to a valve opened state by the pressurization of ink and ink droplets are injected from a nozzle 1. Because the parallel valve 13 is formed of plural parallelly arranged valves, valve action becomes certain and the leakage of ink to the supply side from the pressure chamber 4 is perfectly eliminated and operational efficiency is enhanced. In such a state that the piezoelectric element 2 is expanded and the ink is replenished, the opening and closing state of the parallel valve 3 becomes reverse to the above mentioned state because the ink in the pressure chamber 4 is held under vacuum and operation frequency becomes high and the sucking of air from the nozzle 1 is prevented. Because an ink jet head is integrally molded in a parallel valve structure as mentioned above, it can be formed easily with good accuracy. |
