PURPOSE:To execute microshape working to ceramic by placing an object to be worked in a colloidal solution of a minute grain and a liquid, and irradiating a laser. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic 11 being an object to be worked is placed in a colloidal solution 13 consisting a minute grain 12 of silicon dioxide. A laser is oscillated from an argon laser oscillator 14, the laser is reflected in the vertical direction by a mirror 15, and the laser is condensed by a condenser lens 16. A condensed argon laser 17 is irradiated to the object to be worked 11. In this case, a vessel 18 containing the colloidal solution 13 is brought to a reciprocating motion by using a moving base 19, and fed at a prescribed pitch in the direction vertical to the reciprocating motion. As a result, a minute groove is worked in the object to be worked 11. |
