PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin container having a picture that is formed when the injection molding is carried out, by forming an expanded plate having notched sections and folding line sections by injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A mold for molding an expanded plate comprises a stationary mold 21 and a movable mold 22, and a melted thermoplastic resin is fed into a cavity 24 from an injection cylinder 23 via a runner 25 formed in the stationary mold 21. Thus a expanded plate 2 having a printed picture that is in the shape of a polygon, and has notched sections, folding line sections 12 and a window 20 can be injection molded. The expanded plate 2 can be made into a synthetic resin container. As the thermoplastic resin to be injection molded use is made of a thermoplastic resin that contains 50% or more of a polypropylene resin having a melt index of 15-80g/10min, or a mixed resin that is made up of 50-97wt% of a polypropylene resin, and L-LDPE resin having an MI of 5-80g/min and balance of other components. |
