<p>PURPOSE:To heighten the power conjoining the belt groove member and main magnetic circuit member of a pulley to each other, by providing annular conjoining recesses on the peripheral surface of the main magnetic circuit member, and pressing the belt groove member to plastically flow into the recesses. CONSTITUTION:One or more annular conjoining recesses 11a, 11b are provided on the peripheral surface of the main magnetic circuit member 11 of a pulley 10. A belt groove member 12 softer than the main magnetic circuit member 11 is put on the peripheral surface thereof. The side portions 12a, 12b of the belt groove member 12 are pressed as shown by arrows P in the drawing, so that the member 12 is caused to plastically flow as shown by arrows Q. The belt groove member 12 is thus firmly conjoining to the main magnetic circuit member 11 integrally therewith to manufacture the pulley 10. As a result, the conjoined portions of the belt groove member 12 are kept from loosening due to the change in temperature.</p> |
