PURPOSE:To reduce capacity of a current-limiting resistor, to miniaturize the titled device and to obtain enough changeover sequence by a method wherein a vacuum valve is subjected to open and close by means of a rotor plate which is connected directly with a follower shaft of a quick-break mechanism, a moving contact for conducting installed thereto and a cam installed to the rotor plate. CONSTITUTION:When a driving shaft 6 rotates, a connecting key 4 is disconnected from a connecting groove 2 of a follower shaft 1 through a cam and the shaft 6 rotates further and touches to a convex section 5a of a resistance contact driving shaft 5, additionally both the shaft 6 and the shaft 5 rotate, then the connecting key 4 fits in a connecting groove, thus the shaft 1 is connected with the shaft 5, also a racing mechanism 9 is constituted. A moving contact WR of a current-limiting resistor R moves to preceding position of a moving contact HV of a vacuum valve VCB by work of the mechanism 7. At this time, the shaft 1, the shaft 5 and the WR connected with the shaft 5 rotate together, and the WR is in a state of short circuit between taps through the R, contacting with a fixed contact S2. Consequently, the VCB is opened by the cam, additionally the HV is contacted with the contact S1. Further, when the rotation is started, the VCB is closed. |
