PURPOSE:To contrive a smaller size of the titled device, by a construction wherein a resistor board and a driving circuit board are disposed vertically through a connecting part, and a driving IC is provided in a main body of a thermal printing head. CONSTITUTION:The resistor board 20 is fixed onto a heat-releasing base 30 by an adhesive. Then, the driving IC mounted onto the driving circuit board 15 by an adhesive, is connected to connecting terminal leads by bonding wires 35, and is connected to an input signal group by bonding wires 36. Terminals provided at end parts of the resistor board 20 and the driving circuit board 15 are connected to each other. A common electrode board 16 and the driving circuit board 15 are provided and connected to each other. A lead wire 17 is soldered to a common electrode of the board 16, and is soldered to an electrode lead of the board 15. The board 16, the board 15 and the connecting part are protected by a cover 40, and is connected to an external system by a connector 28. |
