PURPOSE:To make assembling easy and to improve a yield fixing a conduit and a piezo electric element each other with the former is pushed into the latter until two conical surfaces thereof are contacted closely, with an outside periphery of the conduit forming an ink passage and an inside of the tubular piezo electric element being formed as the conical surfaces of the same vertical. CONSTITUTION:A conduit 2 having an injection nozzle 1 at an end thereof and a tubular piezo electric element 3 are fixed each other. The conical surfaces having the same vertical angle are formed by an outside periphery 5 of the conduit 2 and an inner surface 6 of the piezo electric element at this fixing section respectively. The nozzle 1 disposed on the smaller outside diameter side of the conduit 2 is inserted into the piezoelectric element 3 from the larger inside diameter side thereof. Both of them are fixed each other by a bonding layer 4 when the conduit 2 is pushed into the inside of the piezo electric element 3 until being contacted each other closely. |
