NEW MATERIAL:N-phenylnicotinic acid amide derivative of formula I [A is amine residues selected from formulas II, III and IV (R1, R2 are lower alkyl/ R3 is H, benzyl/ n is 4, 5)] and its acid adduct. EXAMPLE:N-{2-[3-(4-Benzyl-1-piperidinyl)propoxy]phenyl}nicotin-ic acid amide. USE:A medicine with antiarrhythmic, local narcotic and antulcerative actions. PREPARATION:The reaction of an aniline derivative of formula IV with a nicotinic acid halogenide derivative of formula VI (X is halogen) or its mineral acid salt is conducted in the presence of a base as an acid acceptor in a solvent to give an N-phenylnicotinic acid amide derivative of formula I. |
