Compositions which either reduce or prevent foam formation in aqueous or nonaqueous systems comprising (A) a foam destabilizing agent containing (1) a diorganopolysiloxane having the average formula <IMAGE> where R is a monovalent hydrocarbon radical having from 1 to 50 carbon atoms, in which an average of at least one R group contains from 6 to 50 carbon atoms, a has an average value of from about 1.8 to 2.2, and m has an average value greater than 3, and (2) an amine containing compound selected from an aminofunctional organopolysiloxane and/or an organic amine having the formula <IMAGE> where R1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon radical having from 1 to 25 carbon atoms, R2 is a divalent hydrocarbon radical having from 1 to 10 carbon atoms, with the proviso that at least one of the radicals represented by R1 or R2 must have at least 6 carbon atoms, b is 0, 1 or 2, c is 0 or 1, (B) a nonaqueous dispersing agent, (C) an inorganic filler and (D) water, if desired.
