发明名称 EVALUATING METHOD OF KNEADABILITY OF CERAMIC POWDER AND RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To evaluate exactly the kneadability of ceramic powder and resin by charging a prescribed amt. of the powder and resin to a rotational viscometer at a prescribed temp., kneading the same at a prescribed number of revolution, measuring >=2 times the stable torque and time and determining the inclination of the straight line approximating the relation between the stable torque and 1/stabilizing time. CONSTITUTION:The stable torque and stabilizing time can be read from the transition point where the region of the large deviation width of the torque transfers to the region of the small deviation width when a torque chart is determined after the prescribed amt. of the ceramic powder and resin are charged to the rotational viscometer at a prescribed temp. and are kneaded at the prescribed number of revolution. The measurement is executed at least >=2 times and the relation between the stabilizing torque and 1/stabilizing time is approximated by the straight line from the resulted numerical value. There is a close correlation between the inclination of the straight line measured with some kneaded material and fluid pressure for molding and therefore the inclinations of the straight lines are preliminarily determined with various kinds of the kneaded materials and both inclinations are compared, by which the optimum fluid pressure for molding of the kneaded material is determined.
