PURPOSE:To prevent any contaminant from mixing into transferred liquid by opening both the terminal port of a hollow pipe which passes through one of valve boxes and the terminal of another hollow pipe which reciprocatively slides in the same direction as of the action of said pipe and placed inside the other valve box and constituting a valve as to have both the opened parts make contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:A hollow pipe 6 inside a valve box B slides toward a valve box A by the action of a cylinder 7 and the open port 13 of the hollow pipe 1 at the side of the valve box A makes contact with the open port 61 of a hollow pipe 6. The open ports making contact with each other are placed in a relation between a valve body and a valve seat. Straight flow passage free from any flow leak can be formed by such contacting. As the sliding trace of both the hollow pipes 1 and 6, not only straight reciprocating trace but also arcing reciprocating trace may be adopted. By use of such constitution, bubbles can be perfectly prevented from mixing into coating emulsion. And escape of bubbles and flushing property can be improved because discharge flow passage is made straight. |
