CONSTITUTION:When a retail shop 6 sells a card 3a, information is transmitted from a CAT5 equipped in the retail shop 6 to a credit center 1 to execute the valid registration of the card. After being registered in a center file 2 in the credit center 1, the card 3a can be used. When the card owner purcheses a commodity 8 by the registered card 3c, a retail shop 6a transmits it sales information from a CAT5a to the credit center 1. Consequently, the credit center 1 erases the information of the card 3c validly registered in the center file 2 to invalidate the card 3c. |
