PURPOSE:To classify light intensity accurately by providing the 1st and the 2nd photodetecting elements which have different sensitivity characteristics of light wavelength, an A/D converting circuit, and a storage circuit, and sending the information of a processing circuit to a rank display circuit through a light intensity display circuit. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light emitting element 3 as a body to be detected is sent to a switching circuit 4 through the 1st and the 2nd photodetecting elements 1 and 2, and the analog signal from the converting circuit is converted by an A/D converting circuit 5 into a digital signal, which is sent to an interface 6. Further, the storage circuit 8 is stored with the output correction value of the photodetecting element 1 previously and the output sensitivity to the light intensity of the photodetecting elements 1 and 2 is stored. Then, the output of an interface 6 is supplied to a processing circuit 7 composed of a computer and its information is supplied to a light intensity display circuit 10, so that a classification of light intensity is displayed by the rank display circuit 11. Consequently, the light intensity of the photodetecting element 3 is classified accurately. |
