Matrix is formed by making the second, third and fourth group elements in the periodic table, salt and oxide powder into a thin plate and impregnated by phosphoric acid and reacted to be phosphate. For example, when using zirconium oxide, zirconium oxide powder is made to be a thin plate and impregnated by phosphoric acid and heated. Then, matrix plate can be obtained. |
