PURPOSE:To merely classify and send signals '0' and '1' at the time of transmitting, to make a transmitting circuit simple and to prevent an influence of the noise by transmitting in the digital data form. CONSTITUTION:One or two of switches S1-S4 of a joy stick 9 will be turned on by the tilting direction and a keying signal is given to respective transfer gates T1-T4. One signal from a constant-voltage source Vs is outputted by switching the gates T1-T4 and latched to a latch circuit 10 as driving data. The latched driving data are given to a four-bit register 2 in parallel and preset when a 1/12 dividing signal from a dividing circuit 4 is impressed. Head data of 01 are reset to a two-bit register 1 by a 1/6 dividing signal. The head and driving data set to the registers 1 and 2 are shifted and outputted by the clock signal.
