PURPOSE:To reduce the working cost eliminating the need for forming a complicated shape for joining a super hard material, by forming a convex by a laser after the combination of the body and a glass edge to fix the two parts. CONSTITUTION:A glass edge 1 made of a WC-Co material is combined with the body 2 made of stainless material, where the combination can be done easily as no convex 3 is yet to be formed. In the combination state, the difference (a) between the body and the glass edge shall be 0.05-0.3mm. Then, from a laser oscillator, a laser beam 4 is irradiated on the body side circumference 5 of the inner surface of the glass edge to form a convex 3 by fusing. The body 2 and the glass edge 1 are fixed with the convex 3. The surface of the glass edge 1 and the body 2 developed no cloud or other troubles in the appearance as well as changes in the dimension through mirror finished. This eliminates the need for forming a complicated shape to joining a super hard material thereby curtailing the working cost. |
