PURPOSE:To stabilize the traveling of a car by cutting-off the fuel supply into an engine after an accelerator is released, and releasing an electromagnetic clutch after a delay time and gradually connecting the clutch in the state where engine blowing-up is little. CONSTITUTION:A timer counter 21 for setting a delay time is installed onto a controller 14. Into the controller 14, a prescribed delay-time value determined on the basis of the revolution speed signal of an engine revolution detector 18, throttle opening-degree signal of a throttle opening-degree switch 17, and the negative-pressure signal of an intake negative-pressure detector 19 is accommodated and memorized. The controller 14 selects the delay time memorized according to the operation state, and the release and connection of an electromagnetic power type clutch 13 are controlled on the basis of the delay time. |
