<p>PURPOSE:To process various types of pictures by changing the form of a specific display mark or changing the number of pieces or the position of the picture information to said display mark and therefore supplying the picture information in response to the display mark with high efficiency and in a desired state of display. CONSTITUTION:A display control part 3 which controls a system totally is connected to an I/O bus 7 of a picture processing system, and a CRT display unit 1 is connected to the part 3 via a video VRAM2. While a microprocessor 4 containing a main memory 5 and a disk device 6 are connected to the bus 7, and a keyboard 8 is connected to the processor 4. A code buffer 11 and the cursor position information 12 are provided to a system control means 10. Then a specific display mark given from a font file 6 is applied to the buffer 11 via a display means 9. The information 12 is used under the control of the means 10, and the form of the mark or the number of pieces of picture information corresponding to the mark is evolved to the buffer 11. The state of the picture information is changed to supply the picture information accordant with the mark with high efficiency.</p> |
