PURPOSE:To reduce an amt. of processing soln. and to prevent uneven development by exercising an action of a one-bath type development intensifying soln. so as to maintain a laminar flow state of said soln. in contact with a photosensitive material or a still nonstirring state. CONSTITUTION:A sample is applied to a guide base 12 in a feeding station 11, and fed through feeding rollers 13 to a processing bath 14. The sample is conveyed at a speed of a half rotation in this bath 14 for 60sec, and guided through a fixing bath 20, a rinse bath 21, a drying chamber 22 to a take-up roller 23. The one bath development intensifying soln. is fed through a feed nozzle 18, and flows out of an outlet 19 at a speed of passing through the bath 14 in 50sec in a laminar flow state, without any disturbance of flow. The smaller the movement of the soln. the better the laminar flow on the surface of the photosensitive material. A Reynolds number of <=2,000 is preferable, and a speed V of <=0.1m/s is preferable even when the effective liquid layer thickness D is small. |
