PURPOSE:To ensure the quick replacement work of test heads, by arranging a truck, on which the replacing test head is placed, at the outside part of a cross head, and providing a cylinder means, which replaces and moves the test heads between the truck and the test heads. CONSTITUTION:A replacing new test head 12A is set on a truck 19. A mounted old test head 12 and a cross head 13 are both advanced and moved in the direction of an arrow A. A space is provided so that a hook 23 of a replacing cylinder 22 is moved to the side part of an engaging groove 24 of the head 12. The truck 19 is moved in the direction of an arrow B and the hook 23 is extended in the direction of an arrow C. The head 13 is withdrawn, and the hook 23 is engaged with the engaging groove 24. The cylinder 22 is contacted, and the head 12 is placed on the truck 19. On the truck 19, the head 12A and head 12 are arranged in the longitudinal direction. The truck 19 is advanced, and the hook 23 is engaged with an engaging groove 24 of the head 12A. The cylinder 22 is extended and the head 12 is moved to the mounting position. Thus the replacing work can be ensured and made quick. |
