PURPOSE:To obtain a constant voltage circuit by using the 1st transistor (TR) which works with the potential difference between both ends of a current detecting resistance and the 2nd TR which works in response to the actuation of the 1st TR. CONSTITUTION:The base current of a TRQ12 flows through a base resistance RB12 with the actuation of a TRQ11. Thus the TRQ12 works to limit the base current of a control TRQ1, and the output current is kept at a fixed level in response to the collector current of the TRQ1. Therefore the output voltage V0 is equal to VZ-VBE1, where VZ and VBE1 mean the reference voltage of a reference voltage source and the base-emitter voltage respectively. This virtually eliminates the fluctuation of the voltage V0 to the change of an output current. |
