PURPOSE:To properly control the connection operation of a clutch according to the operation state of an engine and car weight by automatically controlling an actuator according to a prescribed control characteristic corresponding to the engine operation state. CONSTITUTION:The lower edge of the clutch lever 4 of a clutch mechanism 2 is connected to a diaphragm mechanism 5. The negative-pressure chamber 5a of the mechanism 5 communicates to the downstream side from a throttle valve 9 in the intake passage 1b of an engine 1 through a negative pressure tank 10 and a negative-pressure introducing passage 7 through a retaining valve 12 and a control valve 11. A controller 13 for controlling the operation of the control valve 11 and a retaining valve 12 is installed. Said controller 13 controls the operation of the lever 4 in accordance with car weight, and the clutch cutting-off speed is decelerated when a switch 21 is ON-state, in comparison with in OFF-state, and the clutch connection speed is accelerated, and the timing for generating semiclutch state is delayed. |
