PURPOSE:To make possible not only the operation control but also setting of photographing conditions in a position remote from a camera by exchanging signals between a camera system consisting of a camera body, flash device and interchangeable lens and a data transfer device by a cordless data transfer system. CONSTITUTION:A receiver II or flash device III is connected to the hot shoe 1 of the camera body I. The photodetecting part 3 of the receiver II detect the light signals for data transfer transmitted from remote controllers V, VI and meter IV. 4 is a light emitting part to transmit the light signal for data transfer to the remote controllers V, VI. 5 is the photodetecting part of the other flash light and outputs an emission start signal to the flash device III. 6 is a display part when the data is normally received from the meter IV or the remote controllers V, VI. 11 is a dial for assigning the channel of the receiver II. A microcomputer is built in the camera body and controls the desired operation to the camera system such as the transmission of the operating state of the camera system such as the release state of the camera, the preparation condition for the light emission of the flash device to the data transfer device side and the setting or changing of exposing conditions and the setting of the control data of the flash device. |
