PURPOSE:To simplify the shape of the hull by providing driving side rotary magnetic generation member at the inner side of the hull and also a follow-up side permanent magnetic generation member on which a propeller for propulsion is mounted at the outside. CONSTITUTION:A follow-up side permanent magnetic generation member 11 to which a propeller 2 for propulsion is connected integratedly is engaged idly by inserting a wall body Wc at the inner space corresponding position of a cylindrical driving side rotary generation member 6 with the bottom. This follower-up side permanent generation member 11 is absorbed and held by suction magnetic force generated between the member and a driving side rotary magnetic generation member 6. Besides, the member 11 is also rotated around an axial core P2 following the rotary magnetic field generation resulting from the rotation of the driving side rotary magnetic generation member 6.
