PURPOSE:To stabilize combustion of engine by providing a communicating passage between an intake air storage room and a base unit of the lower steam of a reed valve and atomizing fuel liquid at the time of suction of the fuel liquid in the storage room in an engine in which the intake air storage room is provided between a carburetor of the 2-cycle engine and the reed valve. CONSTITUTION:In a 2-cycle engine 1, mixture air from a carburetor 21 is sup plied to a crank room 6 through a reed valve body 13, and fed into a combus tion chamber 8 by compression of the crank room. An intake air storage room 25 is connected to an intake passage between the carburetor 21 and the reed valve body 13 through a pipe 24 to reduce intake pulsation. When negative pressure of intake air rises at the time of transfer to idle running of the engine, the mixture air stored in the intake air storage room 25 at the time of normal running is changed to liquid and sticked to the wall, and flowed. The fuel liquid is entered into a clearance with the inner face of an intake port 10 of the base unit of the reed valve body 13 through a one-direction valve 30 and a pipe 29, and struck to the wall to be atomized and supplied to the combustion cham ber. |
