PURPOSE:To measure exactly impurities on a filter by sampling it from the filter directly by a pipeline, when transferring liquid containing the impurities. CONSTITUTION:When a cock 3 is opened, a part of liquid flowing through the pipeline 1 passes through a sampling port 2 and a conduit 4, and passes through the filter 6. Its passing amt. is measured automatically by an integrating flow meter 7. The impurities caught by the filter 6 are dissolved by a dissolving chemicals for the filter such as aqua regia, etc. with a prescribed quantity. Subsequently, a sample converted to a solution is analyzed by an atomic absorption photometer, a liquid chromatography, etc., and the impurities are measured exactly. |
