MANUFACTURING OF SOAP OF FLOATING IN WATER AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

Soap floating in water was manufd. from sodium salt of fatty acid(I) or mixt. of (I) and potassium salt of fatty acid in melt state contg. 17% moisture by introducing air, by cooling to 55≦̸C to maintain in semi-melting state, by agitating mechanically the semi-melted soap at 200 - 420 rpm under the controlled temp. of 20≦̸C, and by extruding at 75≦̸C. The appts. comprises heat exchange (1) for cooling and agitating the mixt. of melted soap and air and soap crystal converter(3) for heating and extruding at proper temp.
