<p>PURPOSE:The titled composition useful as aqueous ball-point pens, etc., having high solubility of dye, suppressing evaporation of ink, having improved drying resistance, obtained by blending an ink composition containing a water-soluble dye with a small amount of neopentyl glycol. CONSTITUTION:An ink composition consisting of a water-soluble dye such as ethylene glycol, glycerin, phenol, and a surface active agent is blended with 2-20wt% neopentyl glyocl.</p> |
