摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To heat as much an amount of water as wanted by computing the power requirement equivalent to the remaining amount of hot water, providing an arithmetic means to compute the net electrification time and electrification starting time of a heat generating body based on said power reguirement, controlling the electrification of the heat generating body so it may be terminated when the target heating temperature has been reached, and causing the electrification time and the water temperature to be memorized. CONSTITUTION:The power requirement equivalent to the calorific value of the remaining hot water is computed by an arithmetic means 16. In accordance with the input signal from a maximum capacity setting means 14, a target heating temperature setting means 13 sets the power requirement and the heating temperature which are anticipated to be necessary for a following day based on the maximum target heating temperature setting or the past record of hot water consumption. Then, the net electrification time to heat the desired amount of water and the time period to start the electrification of a heat generating body 2 after a time switch has been turned on are calculated, and the heat generating body 2 is controlled by a control means 17. Upon the completion of heating, the hot water temperature as detected by a temperature sensor 10, the net electrification time of the heat generating body 2 and the amount of remaining hot water as detected by a flow sensor 9 are memorized by a memory means 18.</p>
