PURPOSE:To improve a quality control by testing the hardness, deep drawing property, etc. of a sample by on-line, and deciding the processing state of a steel plate in its early stage. CONSTITUTION:The sample 3 which is cut out of a steel band 1 is carried 2, 4, and a material number is stamped by a stamping device 5. Subsequently, said sample is punched to plural test pieces S by a press machine 6, and held by the arm 9a of a turning index table through a transport device 7 and a delivery device 8. Next, the test piece S is delivered to the mechanical hand 41 of a robot 10 for executing the turning, lifting, forward moving and backward moving operations, transferred by the robot 10, the hardness of the test piece S is measured by a hardness testing device 12, and the vertical resonance frequency is measured by a resonance measuring device 11. Subsequently, based on a mean Young's modulus derived from the resonance frequency, a mean plastisity deformation rate is calculated by a computer 13, an actual coil and the sample No. are collated by a host computer 14, and a test result corresponding to each coil is displayed. An operator decides the state of a steel plate by seeing a test data, and with regard to a furnace temperature, a heat treatment and continuous annealing, the action can be executed in its early state. |
