PURPOSE:To execute the thermal fatigue test of a test piece under the environment of a high temperature liquid by holding temperatures of two testing rooms at set temperatures, respectively, and moving relatively a vessel and the test piece by a driving mechanism such as an air or hydraulic cylinder, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a lifting frame 14 and a vessel 11 are depressed by an air or hydraulic cylinder 15, the vessel 11 slides along load rods 2H, 2L, and moves relatively against a test piece 1. Subsequently, when the test piece 1 is inserted into the testing room 12H, it is heated by the sealing liquid in a high temperature, and thereafter, when it is incorporated in the testing room 12L at the lower part by the cylinder 15, the test piece 1 is cooled by a sealing liquid in a low temperature. By repeating them alternately, a thermal stress is generated in the test piece 1, and it is subjected to the thermal fatigue. Accordingly, the thermal fatigue test can be executed under the environment in the high temperature liquid. |
