PURPOSE:To attain the constant control for terminal estimated pressure and the control of water level with a pump device at the inflow side, by controlling the correction flow rate set previously by the deviation between the actual water level detected by a water level detecting means of a control reservoir and a target water level. CONSTITUTION:The water sucked up from a control reservoir 1 by a pump 6 through a sucking pipe 10 is boosted and sent by a water supply pipe 7. A water gauge 11 detects the height of an open water surface 9 and sends the signal of water level H to a function generator 13. The generator 13 calculates a corrected flow rate DELTAQ from the water level deviation DELTAH (=H-Hs) and sends this signal to an adder 12. The adder 12 adds the flow rate Q supplied from a flow rate gauge 8 to the rate DELTAQ and sends this signal to a flow rate controller 14. The controller 14 compares the signal of the inflow rate Q1 sup plied from a flow rate gauge 5 with the flow rate signal (Q+DELTAQ) and sends the deviation signal to an inflow valve control circuit 15. The circuit 15 drives an actuator 16 for control of the opening amount of an inflow valve 3. |
