PURPOSE:To enable an interphase insulation of high strength to be produced, by a method wherein optically hardening resin is used for insulation substance and is drawn out changing the form of the opening section of a nozzle by shifting and controlling a gate. CONSTITUTION:When an insulation 20 is arranged to be continuously produced, then a gate 15 is positioned rearward at a time interval corresponding to the double width W of a sheet section 21, and the gate 15 is shifted and controlled by a cylinder 17 so that the gate 15 may be positioned to approach at a time interval corresponding to the length L of a connecting section 22, and unhardened and optically hardening resin 14 is drawn out of the opening section 13 of a nozzle 11 by rollers 19, and the optically hardening catalyst in the optically hardening resin 14 is decomposed by an ultraviolet ray lamp 18, and the resin 14 is hardened, and after the rollers 19 pass, the resin 14 is cut off or wound up. Accordingly, the sheet section 21 and the connecting section 22 are continuously hardened by the continuous flow of the optically hardening resin 14, and so the strength is heightened. |
