Medical knee support comprising a flexible tube 1 made of an elastic material and, on at least one side, two lateral stiffening mountings 2, 3 carried by the flexible tube 1 and articulated onto each other around a transverse axis 4, these two mountings being intended to extend along the femur 5 and tibia 6, respectively, of the leg of the wearer, on either side of the knee, characterised in that the end 3b of at least one of the lateral mountings 2, 3 adjacent to the articulation 4 is arched in a direction essentially perpendicular to the axis of the articulation 4. <IMAGE>
