PURPOSE:To simplify the fitting mechanism of a spherical bearing without needing a keep member for the spherical bearing, by a method wherein a main spherical surface formed in plural sections in the axial direction is integrated with a flexible piece, and wherein the spherical bearing is pressure-inserted from the diameter side at the end and is provided for the main spherical surface. CONSTITUTION:On a main bearing uni 9 made of synthetic resin, a semi-sphere- formed main spherical surface 9a containing a spherical bearing 7 is formed to be integrated with a flexible piece 9c, and accordingly, when the spherical bearing 7 is pressure-inserted from the side of the flexible piece 9c, then the flexible piece 9c is expanded b the pressure and the spherical bearing 7 is fitted on the main spherical surface 9a, and the flexible piece 9c is controlled to retain the spherical bearing 7. A keep member for the spherical bearing is not needed because of said mechanism, and accordingly, the fitting structure of the spherical bearing can be compacted. |
