PURPOSE:To inform an operator of information necessary for secretarial service by receiving the class of incoming cell, the telephone number of a calling subscriber and the telephone number of a subscriber requesting secretarial service from an originating station at the time of incoming of secretarial service cell, and displaying these information automatically on a numeral and character display unit when an operator gives a reply. CONSTITUTION:A terminating station stores that a call from an incoming trunk ICT-B is a secretarial service request call, and that the subscriber who requests secretarial service is a subscriber B, and the circuit number of a digital trunk DIC-B in the extension of connecting path of a trunk exchange. The label, heading code, class of a caller, the number of selected figures, the selected figure and caller discriminating number are included in the call processing information. A trunk exchange discriminates that it is a secretarial service request call from received additional information indicating code and selects a secretarial service operator board OPD that accepts the call.
