PURPOSE:To improve transfer printability with sublimable ink by heat transferring through overlapping a transfer sheet which is printed with a sublimable ink over a plastic formed product to which fluoro compound is pre-absorbed. CONSTITUTION:A fluoro compound is adsorbed to a plastic formed product by impregnation in a state of an ordinary solution or a dispersed liquid. Since an impregnation process is carried out under 80 deg.C or at temperatures below 70 deg.C, dimensional or qualitative change, etc. of the formed product is seldom obserbed. At the time of forming of plastics to which a fluoro compound is absorbed, a transfer sheet on which patterns such as characters, symbols, diagram, etc. are printed with an ink which contains sublimable dyes is placed thereon, and heated, and a pressure is applied thereto,and the heat transferring is performed. In many cases, heating temperatures are selected from, for instances, 120-230 deg.C, and heating periods that range from several seconds to several minutes are selected also. Additionally, over these printed patterns of a transfer paper printed with subliming ink a fluoro compound is applied for coating. Thus, a clear, transfer printing with sublimable ink deeply penetrating into a formed product can be performed. |
