NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I (R1 is H, or lower alkoxy; R2 is H, benzyl, lower alkyl, or alkyl containing carboxyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl, or carbamoyl at end; R3 is H, benzyl, or lower alkyl; A is 1-imidazolyl, or 1-pyrazolyl). EXAMPLE:2-(1-Imidazolyl)methyl-4-hydroxy-5-methoxypyridine. USE:A remedy for diseases of circulatory organs, having inhibitory action on blood platelet aggregation. PREPARATION:A novel gamma-pyrane derivative shown by the formula II is reacted with ammonia water at 20-80 deg.C for 1-5hr with stirring to give a compound shown by the formula I. The compound shown by the formula II is obtained by reacting a 2-halomethyl-4H-pyran-4-on derivative with an alkali metal salt of imidazole or pyrazole. |
