Recipient made from material based on paper or the like, especially for pulverulent and granular substances. The body of the recipient comprises at least one pouring spout B made in one single part with the recipient A, so that this pouring spout may easily assume two positions of which one is closed the other open. The movement for bringing the pouring spout A from its closed position to its open position is a pivoting movement about a predetermined portion of the perimeter of the said pouring spout, preferably the lower portion of the latter.
