PURPOSE:To aim at ensuring the steering characteristic of a vehicle and at making the vehicle body lightweight, by providing such an arrangement that a torsion bar for a stabilizer coupled to a swing arm is coupled to a pair of steering gear attaching brackets to strengthen the brackets. CONSTITUTION:A torsion bar 9 for a stabilizer 8 is attached to the lower surfaces of a pair of attaching brackets 2 which are attached at their front surfaces with a steering gear casing 3 by means of attaching hardwares 10. With this arrangement an external force exerted to one of the brackets 2 is transmitted to and received in part by the other bracket 2 through the torsion bar 9, and the two brackets 2 are coupled to a part of a chassis 1 through the steering casing 3 and the torsion bar 9 to from an H-like shape rahmen structure which allows the rigidity of the stabilizer attachment structure to be large. Accordingly, the steering characteristic of the vehicle may be ensured while the stabilizer attachment structure may be made lightweight due to the reinforcement effect of the attaching brackets. |
