The present invention relates to a device for aiming and firing training, especially for handguns. The device is designed as an adjunct to a normal weapon and a simulated hit is achieved during blind firing in that the hit is indicated by a light-generating device (14) in a position between the aiming means (11, 12) of the weapon and a target (8). The light-generating device (14) is fitted immovably to the weapon (1) via a spacer device (2) which, at an end facing away from the light-generating device (14), has an attachment device (7) for fitting the spacer device (2) to the weapon (1) such that it can be removed. <IMAGE>
