摘要 An electromagnetic measurement probe having a pot-type core 11 which has a centre hole 18 and a pot-type space 39 (which holds windings 33, 36 coaxially with respect to the centre hole 18), having a pot edge surface 41 and having a measurement pole 21, which is held with its one end region in the centre hole 18 and from whose free end surface a recess 51 is incorporated coaxially, so that a jacket 48 remains around the recess 51, and having a pin 47 which is seated in the recess 51 and consists of hard alloy, and whose outer end surface 52 forms a spherical attachment surface, the attachment surface projecting slightly beyond the pot edge surface 41, is characterised in that a coaxial annular disc 42, consisting of magnetically highly permeable material, is provided, whose outer edge region 43 rests on the pot edge surface 41 and whose inner radius surface 53 has a diameter which is greater than the measurement pole 21 but is significantly less than the pot-type space 39, and is located in the region of the end surface 52 of the measurement pole 21, the magnetic resistance between the inner radius surface 53 and the jacket 48 being significantly greater than that - when the probe is applied - between the free end surface 52 and the inner radius surface 53. In consequence, it is possible to carry out linear measurements in the region of thin layers, the indication being more accurate than in the past, with a larger output signal. <IMAGE>
