摘要 PURPOSE:To make good welding of high accuracy by detecting a fixed position on a weld line, obtaining position correcting data of the fixed position and thereby finding accurate position of the weld line. CONSTITUTION:After moving a touch sensor by an X-Z axes moving mechanism on a predetermined point Ba near a point B, the touch sensor is lowered by a sensor moving mechanism. When the touch sensor comes into contact with a point Ba on a skin plate 8, the touch sensor is moved in the form of a right-angled triangle from the point Ba, and the distance (a) in the direction of X-axis between the point Ba and point B is determined. Similarly, by finding out the distance (b) in the direction of Y-axis between the point Ba and point B, these (a), (b) become position correcting data of the point B and stored in a memory in the CPU. Similarly,position correcting data of each point are determined and stored.
