PURPOSE:To enable a gap between a nozzle and a flapper to be adjusted without a mechanical measure or under no influence of vibrations or the like by applying control voltage to a piezoelectric element for zero adjustment mounted to a flapper. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element for zero adjustment 20 is fixed overhangingly on the fixed part 26 of a device. The bottom surface of the base of a bimorph-type piezoelectric element 1 is stickingly fixed on the top of the piezoelectric element 20 for zero adjustment. A power supply 28 is connected to the piezoelectric element 1 for zero adjustment through a variable resistor 27. This variable resistor 27 is controlled to apply control voltage to the piezoelectric element for zero adjustment 20. And the gap between a flapper formed of the piezoelectric element 1 and a nozzle 7 is adjusted to zero. |
