PURPOSE:To avoid the deviation of the zero-point, by having a diaphragm- positive junction made up of a small-size positive pole and a large-size diaphragm joined integral to prevent the leakage of an electrolytic liquid due to a packing effect in the perimeter of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm-positive pole junction body which is formed by integrally joining a diaphragm 6 comprising an ethylene tetra-fluoride-propyrene hexafluoride copolymer membrance relatively large in the size, a positive pole 8 comprising a mixture of gold power relatively small in the size and polyethylene tetra-fluoride and a porous junction layer 7 comprising ethylene tetra- fluoride-propyrene hexafluoride copolymer is provided in a sensor container body 1. With such an arrangement, one side of the diaphragm 6 is pressed on O-rings 5 and 5' while the other side thereof done on the container body 1 to act as a packing to check the leakage of an electrolytic liquid 11 while checking the diffusion of oxygen passing through the path other than the diaphragm 6 thereby avoiding the deviation of the zero-point. |
