Device for the individual air-conditioning of hospital bed areas

The invention relates to a ventilation and air-conditioning plant which is arranged according to an efficient design in the room such that individual beds can be ventilated from the head end with an air curtain. In detail, a vertical air curtain from the injection device and in addition a horizontal air stream which comes out of the energy supply strip are used, acting simultaneously or individually. The individual air-conditioning permits the selectability of 3 ventilation stages and the switching off of the ventilation plant in bed areas. By the use of simple components which are uniform throughout the system, the investment is cost-saving. Moreover the improvement of the ventilation conditions and the stepwise switching-on of the ventilating operation lead to a marked optimisation of energy. Further advantages are given by the simple design of the water circulation systems and of the control technology.
