PURPOSE:To prevent facility trouble at low cost by detecting an instantaneous drop in input voltage and an instantaneous power failure and cutting off electric power supply to a load instantaneously, and thus preventing an unstable voltage from being applied to a load, i.e. facilities. CONSTITUTION:A relay 16 turns on simultaneously with electric power supply to facilities 22, and its contacts 17 and 18 operate to power on or place facilities B23 in an operation ready state. If an AC power source 10 drops in voltage instantaneously when the facilities 22 and 23 are in operation, that is detected by a power failure detection part 15 to turn off a power source switch part 12 through a power source switch control part 13, thereby turning off the facilities 22. Further, the relay 16 is turned off to power off or reset the facilities 23. Consequently, an unnecessary voltage is prevented from being applied to the facilities and facility trouble is prevented at low cost. |
